As a 5-star executive chef, with over 25-years’ experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in South African and in various parts of Africa, I have come to a point in my career where I desire to give back to the community.

And what better way than sharing my years of experience and skills and showing people that anyone can cook anything their hearts desire with the little or more ingredients they have in their very own kitchens. This has led me to develop my online cooking channels.

I am all about fantastic food on an affordable budget, with a twist of Chef Andre!

My mission is to grow people’s skills in the kitchen and to help them create culinary experiences in the comfort of their own home through my interactive and inspiring online training initiatives as well as with one-on-one sessions, both face to face and virtually.

My approach is simple. I excel at sharing my skills in a non-pompous way that doesn’t intimidate my students.

But, I understand that there are times when you just don’t have the time, energy, or creativity to whip up those 5-star meals, so why don’t you let me come take over your kitchen for an evening, and you can sit back and enjoy my culinary excellence.
