Instructions
METHOD:

1. Peel Onion and chop finely.

2. Trim rind and excess fat from bacon and cut into small pieces.

3. Place Bacon, Butter, Onion and Celery in large heavy based pan and cook for 5 minutes over a low heat stirring occasionally.

4. Add Chicken Stock and peas let simmer covered for 5 minutes.

5. Increase heat and add Pasta let cook for 5 minutes.

6. Add Freshly Chopped parsley for garnishing when serving.
