Black Walnut Fudge

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 Evaporated Milk ((1 Can))
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 450 g Vanilla Chocolate Chips
  • 363 g Marshmallow Creme ((Woolworths))
  • 1 cup Walnuts ((Chopped))
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Line 13 x 9-inch (32.5 x 22.5 cm) pan with foil leaving 2.5 cm foil overlapping the edges on all sides. Lightly Butter.
  2. 2. Combine Sugar, Margarine, Evaporated Milk and Corn syrup in a large saucepan stirring well. Bring to boil on a medium heat. Stirring just until Sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Continue heating without stirring until mixture reaches soft-ball stage 113 degrees.
  4. 4.Remove from heat and add Vanilla Chocolate Chips and stir with wooden spoon until melted. Add Marshmallow Crème, Walnuts and Vanilla and stir until well combined.
  5. 5. Pour into pan cut into squares by cutting halfway through fudge with a sharp knife while fudge is still hot.
  6. 6. Remove from pan by lifting fudge and foil using foil handles. Place on cutting board. Ensure to cool completely. Cut squares fully and remove foil.
