Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Seeds
  • Kosher Salt ((For Taste))
  • Ground Black Pepper ((For Taste))
  • 1 Cherry Tomatoes ((Punnet)(Cut in Halves))
  • 2 Celery ((Sliced))
  • 1/2 Red Onion ((Thinly Sliced))
  • 4 Pork Chops ((2.5cm thick, about 250g each) )
  • 1/4 cup Flat Leave Parsley
  • 1 Small Head Green-Leaf Lettuce
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Heat grill to medium-high. In large bowl whisk together Olive Oil, Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Horseradish, Tabasco, Celery Seeds and ΒΌ teaspoon Salt. Toss with Tomatoes, Celery and Onion.
  2. 2. Season Pork Chops with 1/2 teaspoon each Salt and Pepper and grill until golden brown and just cooked through for about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Fold Parsley into Tomatoes and serve over Pork and Greens.
