TIP: If you per-boil your chickens longer then your BBQ time will be alot less.. when chicken is BBQ to prefection take it off the fire and keep it sealed until dish up time. TIP: When making a separated salad you can add any kind of ingredients to it since you going to pack it out on a platter for your guests to choose what they want to mix there salad with.
