Garlic Lamb Chops with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 Lamb Chops Shoulder (25mm Thick Cut)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • MUSHROOM SAUCE
  • 1 cup Black Mushrooms (Cut into Slices)
  • 2 tbsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Italian Mixed Herbs
  • 1 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped Fine)
Instructions
  1. 1. Use your Olive oil in a Frying Pan and heat it up on a medium heat.
  2. 2. Place your Lamb Chops in your pan and fry each side for 3 - 5 minutes until lamb chop is brown on both sides, while frying sprinkle your Paprika and Garlic powder on both sides of the chops.
  3. 3. Remove the chops and sauce from your frying pan.
  4. 4. Get a caserol ready on a medium heat and add your butter or margarine in it until melted.
  5. 5. Fry your mushrooms in the butter until Golden brown and add your Crushed Garlic, Fresh Parsley and Italian Herbs in and fry for about 30 seconds.
  6. 6. Add your Cream and stir and let it simmer for about 3 - 4 minutes until sauce becomes thick in texture, then add the sauce from your lamb chops into the casserole.
  7. 7. Add Lamb Chops in your sauce and let it simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve it with Rice, Roast Potatoes or Pasta.

TIPS: * WHILE YOU DO THIS YOU CAN ADD YOUR PEPPER AND SALT AS TO YOUR REQUIRMENTS. * YOU CAN ADD OTHER SPICE AS REQUIRED HOWEVER YOU DONT WANT TO MAKE YOUR SAUCE TOO SALTY SINCE THE GARLIC POWDER IS ALREADY A SALTY INGREDIENT.
