Grilled Chicken with Tomato, Soy & Sesame Seeds

Sesame Seed, Soy and Tomato infused grilled Chicken.

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Tomato Paste ((Sachet))
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 500 tbsp Chicken Fillets
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl add Tomato Paste, Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil and Sweet Soy Sauce and whisk until well combined with a fork.
  3. 3. Coat the Chicken Fillets and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.
  4. 4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and serve immediately with your choice of Rice or Salad.
Recipe Notes

Tip: Coat the measuring spoon with Sesame Oil so that the Sweet Soy Sauce will slide off easily.
