Cheese Pastry Bake Wheels

Pastry with unique way of cheese baked in oven.

Ingredients
    DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cup Cake Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 200 ml Milk
  • FILLING INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 1 Green Sweet Chili (Un Pitted and Chopped)
  • 200 g Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 50 ml Mayonnaise
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 50 g Cooking Oil
Instructions
    METHOD
  1. 1. Pre- Heat Over to 200 degrees.
  2. 2. Rub the sides of a oven pan with butter (23cm deep)
  3. 3. Mix all dry ingredients together and rub the butter or margarine into the dry ingredients until crumble texture.
  4. 4. Add milk and mix until it becomes a dough
  5. 5. Place on a flat surface sprinkled with cake flour and roll out until its a 1cm square.
  6. 6. Fry the Onion and Sweet Chilli in oil in a pan until soft.
  7. 7. Add the rest of the ingredients with in pan but not the cheese.
  8. 8. Then spread the ingredients over the 1cm dough and roll it up into a roll.
  9. 9. Cut into 1.5cm roundles and pak into oven pan.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or untill dough is cooked and the cheese golden brown.
  11. 11. Serve with salad and Tartar Sauce on the side
