Instructions

METHOD:
The amount of people you are cooking for will determine the amount of milk you use.
1. Fill your pot with the milk needed to provide for everyone.

2. Bring it to a boil on a High Heat.

3. When boiling bring the heat down to a low.

4. Take 2 Table Spoons of corn flour or mezina and place it in a bowl.

5. Mix a bit of milk in the corn flour until a smooth liquid and then slowly add to simmering milk.

6. Ensure you stir constantly until you can see your milk dish is starting to thinken up.

7. When your milk is becoming thick then you take it off the stove it should not be lumpy.

8. If it does not thicken up then you need to add more of the corn flour and milk mix.

9. When done dish up in a bowl add some sugar over it and some grounded cinnamon.
