Instructions
CAKE METHOD

1. Pre - Heat oven to 180 degrees.

2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and make sure its mix through propperly.

3. Mix all the wet ingredients together. Remember you have to fill 2 cups (250ml) with boiling water and add 1 table spoon of instant coffee per cup of boiling water. then you mix all the wet ingredients together in a bowl.

4. Take your wet ingredients and add it into your dry ingredients do not use a mixer you have to fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients by hand using a whisk. Make sure there are no lumps when done

5. Take a Large Oven pan and over the inside with Greese proof paper and make sure it lines the inside of the baking pan properly, add your cake mix in the baking pan and spread it out evenly, then tap the baking pan on the counter until all the bubbles are gone.

6. Place in Pre - heated oven for about 25 -30 minutes depending on your oven, you can test it by using a fork to poke in the center of the cake and if you pull it out and its dry that means your cake is done.

7. Place it on a cooling tray or grid until fully cooled off before you remove the wax paper of the cake. If its still hot and you do that you will pull peaces of cake off together with the greese proof paper.
TOPPING METHOD:

1. Mix milk into your Instant Chocolate Mousse powder make sure its not to runny it should have a smooth and thick consistency.

2. Sprinkle Coconut Flakes over the cake and then cover the Chocolate Mousse over the cake by spreading it evenly over the cake.

3. Place in fridge for about 30 minutes and then cut and serve as you required.
Recipe Notes
TIP:
- You can use icing topping and add nuts and all the sweet tooth things you like but do not mix anything else in your dry and wet ingredients.
