Peppermint Crisp Tart

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pt Tennis Biscuits
  • 380 g Caramel Treat ((1 Can))
  • 250 ml Fresh Cream ((Lightly Beaten))
  • 2 Peppermint Slabs ((The bigger the better))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Grease a 30cm x 15cm tart dish.
  2. 2. Arrange a layer of biscuits in the base of the dish.
  3. 3. Mix together the Caramel and creamed spoon a 1cm-deep layer on top of the biscuits.
  4. 4. Sprinkle a third of the Chocolate on top of the Caramel layer.
  5. 5. Repeat for another 2 layers or until all the ingredients are used ending with a Caramel layer topped with Chocolate.
  6. 6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) before serving.
