Instructions
METHOD:

1. In a medium bowl combine Pumpkin Puree, Egg, Cake Flour, Baking Powder, Curry Powder, and Salt. Mix until smooth.

2. Heat oil in a deep saucepan to 165 degrees. Drop batter by spoonfuls into hot oil and Fry until golden brown about 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon, and serve immediately.
Coat them with Syrup or Honey.

TIP: YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE THE PUMPKIN WITH ANY OTHER VEGETABLE THAT HAS BEEN COOKED AND PUREED IF YOU WANT A DIFFRENT KIND OF EXPERIENCE.
