Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS
  • 30 g Butter or Margarine
  • 30 ml Sunflower Oil
  • 2 kg Wild Boar
  • Salt & Pepper ((For Taste))
  • 2 Medium Onions ((Cut into 1/4))
  • 680 ml Apple Beer
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 4 Cloves
  • 6 Black Pepper Corns
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Pre-Heat Oven on 180 degrees
  2. 2. Heat Butter and Oil in a oven bake pan until warm.
  3. 3. Place Wild Boar in pan and brown on all sides.
  4. 4. Remove Wild Boar and season with salt & pepper.
  5. 5. Place your Onions in the same oven pan and saute until soft.
  6. 6. Add your Apple Beer, Bay Leaves, Cloves and Peppercorns.
  7. 7. Place the meat back in baking pan, close with lid or tin foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
  8. 8. Serve with Roast Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables.
