Speedy Feta and Sausage Bake

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS
  • 400 g Feta Cheese
  • 410 g Cocktail Tomatoes
  • 4 Frankfuthers ((Cooked & Sliced))
  • 50 g Butter or Margarine
  • 8 Large Eggs
  • Salt & Pepper ((For Taste))
  • 2 Red Peppers (Bell Peppers) ((Cleaned & Sliced into Strips Slightly Fried))
  • 1 Green Pepper (Bell Pepper) ((Cleaned & Sliced into Strips Slightly Fried))
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Turmeric ((For Colouring))
Instructions
    METHOD: Pre-Heat Oven 200 Degrees
  1. 1. Grease the inside of a 20cm pie dish.
  2. 2. Crumble the Feta Cheese and spread it over the base of the pie dish.
  3. 3. Combine the Tomatoes and Frankfuthers in a mixing bowl and spoon out ontop of the cheese.
  4. 4. Just put a few dots of the butter or margarine over it.
  5. 5. Bake in a Pre-Heated oven until the Feta Cheese has melted for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Take the eggs and beat them in a mixing bowl and sread evenly over the Frankfuthers in the pan.
  7. 7. Arrange your Peppers ontop of the eggs and sprinkle your Paprika and Turmeric over.
  8. 8. Return to the oven and bake for about 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
