  • 60 ml Soya Sauce
  • 30 ml Brown Sugar
  • 15 ml Brown Sherry
  • 10 ml Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 Clove Garlic ((Peeled & Crushed))

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and season to taste
