- 2. Boil your potato cubes untill soft and ready to make mash, add salt and about 1 teaspoon of turmeric to the potatoes while boiling, when potatoes are soft remove the water and then start mashing it inside the pot. add 1 table spoon of butter or margarine to it while mixing it. you can sprinkle a bit more turmeric to it, when all is mashed you add a bit of milk to make it smooth.
- 3. Pan Fry your Onions, Tomatoes, Peppers, Tomatoes and Garlic until nice and crispy by using olive oil. you can add a little bit of Chutney for a nice flavour.
- 4. All work is done now you need to warm everything up and plate. PLATING METHOD
- 1. First place 1 big scoop of Turmeric mash in the center of the plate
