Avocado & Walnuts with Strawberry Spinach Salad

    INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Red Onion ((Finely Chopped))
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries ((Sliced))
  • 2 tbsp Vinaigrette ((Light Raspberry Vinaigrette))
  • 1/4 Avocado ((Diced))
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts ((Toasted))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Combine Spinach, Onion and Strawberries in a medium bowl. Drizzle with Rasberry Vinaigrette toss to coat. Top with Avocado and Walnuts.
