Banana Bread Home Style

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cup Cake Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Large Bananas ((Mashed))
  • 1/2 cup Nuts ((Copped))
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Cream Butter and Sugar until light then add Eggs one at a time beating well between additions.
  2. 2 .Sift Flour with Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, salt and Cinnamon.
  3. 3. Add Flour mixture to creamed mixture alternatively with Bananas and beating well until smooth. Stir in extras (optional) and Vanilla extract.
  4. 4.Pour into a lined and buttered 8 inch loaf tin. Smooth top and bake at 180 degrees in centre of oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Turn out, remove paper and cool.
