Beef Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS STIR FRY SAUCE:
  • 3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce ((Sweet Soy Sauce))
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • INGREDIENTS FOR STIR-FRY:
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion ((Sliced))
  • 4 Cloves Garlic ((Minced))
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger ((MInced))
  • 500 g Leen Beef Mince
  • 8 cup Cabbage ((Shredded))
  • 1 Carrot ((Shredded))
  • Salt & Pepper ((For Taste))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Combine stir fry ingredients in a bowl. Set sauce aside.
  2. 2. Heat Olive Oil a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the Onion until beginning to soften for about 3 minutes. Cook the Garlic and Ginger until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the Beef breaking it up with the end of a wooden spoon as it cooks until browned for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Once Beef is browned add half of the Sauce to the Beef stir frying to evenly coat.
  5. 5. Add the Cabbage and Carrots continue cooking while stirring until the cabbage is wilted. Taste test and season with Salt & Pepper if needed. Stir through the remaining sauce. Serve warm.
Recipe Notes

Chili Powder, Red Pepper Flakes or Sriracha for heat. Top with Sliced Green Onions and Sesame Seeds.
