Cabbage & Mince

A mix of Beef Mince and Cabbage that would make your meal unique.

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 500 g Beef Mince
  • 1 Onions ((Chopped))
  • 1 Sweet Pepper ((Seeded & Finely Chopped))
  • 3 Cloves Garlic ((Chopped))
  • 1 Dicied Tomatoes ((Can))
  • 1/2 tsp Smoke Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper ((For Taste))
  • 1 Small Green Cabbage ((Cored & Chopped))
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese ((Grated))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Saute oil, beef, onion and sweet Pepper over medium/high in a large pan with high sides or a dutch oven. Cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
  2. 2. Add Garlic and saute 1 more minute.
  3. 3. Stir in Tomatoes, Spices, Salt and Pepper. Top with Cabbage. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
  4. 4. Top with Cheese, cover until melted then serve.
Recipe Notes

TIP: Add 1/4 cup water if the cabbage doesn't seem to be releasing enough liquid.
