Instructions
COOKING METHOD:
1. Cook Penne Pasta in salt boiling water for about 8 - 10 minutes.
2. While that is going on the stove you get a jug.
3. Place 150ml of Plain low fat Yoghurt in the jug.
4. Add 1 lemons skin grated and the juice.
5. Add the 6 sliced black olives.
6. Drain the Pasta and put in a Pan.
7. Add the Smoked Mussels and Drained Tuna Flakes to the pasta on a low heat.
8. Add the Crabsticks slices it with that.
9. Switch heat off and add the Yoghurt and toss untill all is covered with the yoghurt.
10. Serve on a Warm plate and sprinkle the grated Parmesan Cheese over and Garnish with chives.
