Cheesy Seafood Pasta

Ingredients
    METHOD:
  • 450 g Penne Pasta
  • 200 g Smoked Mussels
  • 150 ml Plain Low Fat Yoghurt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 6 Black Olives Sliced
  • 200 g Tuna ((1 Tin))
  • 100 g Crabsticks ((Sliced))
  • 25 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Chives
Instructions
    COOKING METHOD:
  1. 1. Cook Penne Pasta in salt boiling water for about 8 - 10 minutes.
  2. 2. While that is going on the stove you get a jug.
  3. 3. Place 150ml of Plain low fat Yoghurt in the jug.
  4. 4. Add 1 lemons skin grated and the juice.
  5. 5. Add the 6 sliced black olives.
  6. 6. Drain the Pasta and put in a Pan.
  7. 7. Add the Smoked Mussels and Drained Tuna Flakes to the pasta on a low heat.
  8. 8. Add the Crabsticks slices it with that.
  9. 9. Switch heat off and add the Yoghurt and toss untill all is covered with the yoghurt.
  10. 10. Serve on a Warm plate and sprinkle the grated Parmesan Cheese over and Garnish with chives.

TIP: SERVE WITH A NICE CRISP GREEN SALAD ON THE SIDE.
