Instructions
METHOD:

1. Combine 2 Tablespoons Onions, 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Chilies and Garlic in large mortar. Grind with pestle until almost smooth. ( Mixture can be blended or processed) However it will become more watery when done like than.

2. Cut Avocado lengthwise into halves remove and discard pits. Scoop Avocado flesh out of shell, place in bowl and add Chili mixture. Mash roughly with wooden spoon leaving the Avocado slightly Chunky.

3. Remove the skin off the Tomatoes by using the boiling method. Cut tomatoes in halves and squeeze out the seed. hop Tomatoes.

4. Add Tomato, Lime Juice, Salt and remaining Onion and 1/2 Teaspoon Cilantro to the mixture. Mix well and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
