2. Peel Potato and Pumkin and cut into small cubes.
3. Heat Oil and Butter in large pan, Add Onion and Garlic and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
4. Add Pumpkin, Potatoes and Chicken stock and increase the heat, let cook for 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
5. Add Pasta and cook for 5 minutes while stirring until Pasta are tender.
6. Serve and Garnish with Parsley.
