Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 1/4 cup Oats ((Uncooked))
  • 2 cup Carrots ((Finely Grated))
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Dates ((Finely Chopped))
  • 2/3 cup Almonds ((Finely Chopped))
  • 2/3 cup Coconut Flakes
  • Water
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Add water one tablespoon at a time as needed for shaping consistency.
  2. 2. Form the dough into 24 heaping tablespoon-sized balls. Roll lightly in coconut flakes.
  3. 3. Refrigerate one hour before eating.
