Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 50 g Sundried Tomatoes ((Cut into Strips))
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Spinach ((De-Stemmed and Shedded))
  • 1/3 cup Pine Nuts ((Roatsed))
  • 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Oregano
  • DRESSING INGREDIETS:
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Freshly Chopped Chilli
  • 1 Clove garlic ((Peeled & Crushed))
  • Salt & Pepper for taste
Instructions
    PASTA METHOD:
  1. 1. Add Pasta to a large pan of boiling water and cook until just tender, Drian Pasta and rinse well under cold water.
  2. 2. Trim Spring Onion and chop finely, Add to Pasta with Tomatoes, Spinash, Pine Nuts and Oregano.
  3. DRESSING METHOD:
  4. 1. Add Oil, Chilli, Garlic, Salt & pepper in a small screw jar and shake well.
  5. SERVING METHOD:
  6. 1. Pour dressing over the top of the Pasta salad and toss well and serve.
