Instructions
METHOD:

1. Cook pasta in a large pan with boiling water until tender, Drain water and return to pan.

2. Heat Butter in deap heavy base pan on a low heat until butter is foaming.

3. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add Zucchini and cook for 1 - 2 minutes stirring occasionally until soften.

5. Add Zucchini sauce to pasta and toss well.

6. To make the Basil Leaves Crisp, Heat the oil in a small pan, Add 2 leaves at a time and cook for 1 minute or until crisp.

7. Serve in pasta Bowl and Garrnish with crisp Basil Leaves.
