Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cumin
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 3 tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Thyme
  • 2 Racks of Tender Pork back Ribs
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. In a bowl add all of the dry rib ingredients and whisk them together.
  2. 2. Rub both sides of the ribs generously. Normally ribs slow cooked for about 1 hr 15 minutes.
  3. METHOD FOR MAPLE DIP:
  4. 1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and blend. Dip your ribs for a delicious and sweet yet spicy sauce.
