Grilled Chicken the best and California way

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar1
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Kosher Salt ((For Taste))
  • Ground Black Pepper ((For Taste))
  • 4 Chicken Breast ((Boneless))
  • 4 Mozzarella Cheese ((Slices))
  • 4 Avocado ((Slices))
  • 4 Tomato ((Slices))
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil Chopped ((Garnish))
  • Balsamic Vinegar ((Garnish))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. In a small bowl whisk together Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Honey, Olive Oil, and Italian Seasoning and season with Kisher Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Pour over Chicken and marinate 20 minutes.
  2. 2. When ready to grill heat grill to medium-high. Oil grates and grill chicken until charred and cooked through about 8 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Top Chicken with Mozzarella, Avocado, and Tomato and cover grill to melt for about 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Garnish with Fresh Basil and drizzle with Balsamic glaze.
