Herb Mayonnaise

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS MAYONNAISE (1 LITER)
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 2 Egg Yoks
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 2 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 cup Sunflower Oil
  • INGREDIENTS FOR HERB MAYONNAISE (250ML)
  • 1 cup Homemade Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Fresh Parsley ((Chopped))
  • 1 tsp Fresh Basil ((Chopped))
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme ((Chopped))
Instructions
    METHOD: FOR MAYONNAISE
  1. A. USING A BLENDER OR ELECTRIC MIXER FOR THIS PROSES.
  2. 1. Whisk Whole Eggs, Egg Yolks, Mustard, Salt and Pepper until pale and thick.
  3. 2. While Mixer is running add the Vinegar and Lemon Juice Tablespoon at a time.
  4. 3. Then carefully pour your oil in a thin stream, if you pour it to quickly your mayonnaise wont emulsify.
  5. METHOD FOR HERB MAYONNAISE
  6. 1. Mix all ingredients and mix it into the mayonnaise, cover and refrigerate for atleast and hour and up two 3 weeks.
