Homemade Mayonnaise

Why buy Mayonnaise when you can do a home made Mayonnaise.

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS (1 LITER)
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 2 Egg Yoks
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 2 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 cup Sunflower Oil
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. A. USING A BLENDER OR ELECTRIC MIXER FOR THIS PROSES.
  2. 1. Whisk Whole Eggs, Egg Yolks, Mustard, Salt and Pepper until pale and thick.
  3. 2. While Mixer is running add the Vinegar and Lemon Juice Tablespoon at a time.
  4. 3. Then carefully pour your oil in a thin stream, if you pour it to quickly your mayonnaise wont emulsify.

TIPS: THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS TO HAVE YOUR OIL FLOW IN A THIN STREAM INTO YOUR MIXTURE AND NOT TO FAST.
