Kingklip Fillets Deskinned
((250g Each Fillet))

Instructions

1. Brush a grilling pan with oil or spray it with non stick cooking spray.

2. Place Kingklip Fillets in pan and drizzel with lemon juice..

3. Grill for 7 - 9 minutes (Do not turn over).

4. Drizzel each Fillet with crumbeled cheese and place 4 sage leaves on each fillet.

5. Grill for another 2 - 3 mintutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling

6. You can also serve it with Vegetable of your choice or a nice Green Salad.
Recipe Notes
TIP: You can on the side have a nice bowl of Blue Cheese sauce if you need extra.
