Kingklip with Blue Cheese topping

The Kingklip that is unique with a Blue Cheese Sauce.

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Kingklip Fillets Deskinned ((250g Each Fillet))
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 150 g Blue Cheese Crumbed
  • 16 Leaves of Fresh Sage
Instructions
  1. 1. Brush a grilling pan with oil or spray it with non stick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Place Kingklip Fillets in pan and drizzel with lemon juice..
  3. 3. Grill for 7 - 9 minutes (Do not turn over).
  4. 4. Drizzel each Fillet with crumbeled cheese and place 4 sage leaves on each fillet.
  5. 5. Grill for another 2 - 3 mintutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling
  6. 6. You can also serve it with Vegetable of your choice or a nice Green Salad.

TIP: You can on the side have a nice bowl of Blue Cheese sauce if you need extra.
