((Stem removed and Leaves Shredded))

Salt & Pepper
((For Taste))

Instructions
METHOD:

1. Add your Lasagnette to a large pan of boiling water and cook until tender.

2. Strain water and return to pan.

3. Heat 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil and the butter in a large heavy base pan over a medium heat.

4. Add Spring Onions and sliced Baby Mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes occasionally stirring, Add your shredded Spinach and cook for 2 minutes or until Spinach are tender.

5. Add Salt & Pepper for taste.

6. Add Sauce to Pasta and toss until combined.

7. Serve immediately and garnish with grated cheese of your choice.
