Lemon Coffee Blocks

Have a nice tea time snack with this Banting Lemon Coffee Blocks.

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup Hot Coffee
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
  • 5 tbsp Gelatine
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or Hand Blender until mixed well and frothy.
  2. 2. Pour into moulds and put in the fridge until set (time varies from 20 minutes to 2 hours).
  3. 3. Pop out of the moulds and store in a plastic bag or jar in the fridge, until you are ready to eat them.

TIPS: USING SILICONE MOLDS WOULD WORK BEST BECAUSE ITS EASY TO POP OUT.
