Instructions
METHOD:

1. Use a Vegetable peeler to peel wide strips from lemon.

2. Remove white pith with a small sharp knife and cut 3 of the wide pieces into fine strips.

3. Place wide Lemon strips, White Wine, Consomme and Water in a large deep pan and cook for 10 minutes over a low heat, remove the Lemon Rind from pan and bring mixtureto boil.

4. Add 2 Tablespoons of Parsley, Pepper and Tortellini to pan and cook for 6 - 7 minutes or until Pasta is just tender.

5. Garnish with Chopped Parsley and sprinkle some Grated Parmesan Cheese over.
