Medium Red Capsicum (Red Bell Peppers)

((Sliced))

((Peeled & Crushed))

Chilli Flakes OR Powder

Linguine or Spaghetti

Instructions
METHOD:

1. Half each Capsicum and remove all seeds.

2. Place Capsicum upside down in a pan and under a hot grill or in oven for 8 minutes until black and blistered, Cover with tea towel and allow to cool off.

3. Peel Capsicum skin off and cut in strips.

4. Heat Oil in a heavy base pan on a low heat, Add Onions and fry for bout 8 minutes and keep stirring until soft.

5. Add Capsicum, Garlic, Chilli and Cream and allow to cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.

6. Add Salt, Pepper and Oregano.

7. Before the sauce is cooked add your Pasta to a pan with boiling water and cook until tender, Drain all water from Pasta and return to same pan.

8. Add the sauce to the hot pasta and toss until well combined.

9. Serve in a hot Pasta Bowl.
Recipe Notes
TIPS: IF NEEDED YOU CAN REPLACE THE OREGANO WITH DRY OREGANO BUT USE ONLY A 1/3 OF THE QUANTITY BECAUSE DRY HERBS HAVE A STRONGER FLAVOR THAT FRESH.
