Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS
  • 500 g Spiral Pasta
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Clove Garlic ((Peeled & Crushed))
  • 1 cup Fresh Flat-Leave Parsley ((Roughly Chopped))
  • 2 tsp Fresh Chilli ((Finely Chopped))
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves ((Shredded))
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Origano Leaves ((Roughly Chopped))
  • 200 g Ricotta Cheese ((Cut into Small Cubes))
  • Salt & Pepper ((For Taste))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Add Pasta to a pan with boiling water and cook until tender, drain water and return to pan.
  2. 2. Heat Olive Oil in a non stick heavy base pan over a low heat add your Garlic and Chillies and cook for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add oil mixture, Herbs, Salt & Pepper to Pasta, Toss until mixture coats Pasta thoroughly.
  4. 4. Add cubes of Ricotta Cheese and serve immediately.
