Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS: 250g (1 Cup)
  • 1 Small Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro ((Chopped))
  • 2 Fresh Jalapeno ((Seeded & Minced))
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Clove Garlic ((Peeled & Crushed))
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. Cut Bell Peppers lengthwise in half, remove and discard seeds and veins. Cut halves lengthwise into thin slivers, cut slivers crosswise into halves. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Let stand covered at room temperature for 1 - 2 hours to blend flavors.
