Roast Chicken Breast with Garlic, Chives, Spinach and Cheese

Chicken Breast infused with the natural Garlic, Chive and Spinach Flavour.

Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Breast Fillet ((210g each))
  • 2 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 100 g Butter or Margarine
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Fresh Lemons
  • 100 g Cooked Spinach
  • 4 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. 1. Pre - Heat Oven to 190 Degrees
  2. 2. Sprinkle a tray with turmeric so its covered then take your Chicken Breasts and lighty coat them both sides with the turmeric in the tray.
  3. 3. Take a Frying pan and on a low heat braise the garlic and butter untill its a sauce, then pan-fry the chicken breast untill golden brown on both sides.
  4. 4. Turmeric and Garlic must flavour the Chicken Breast and keep the left over melded garlic butter for use.
  5. 5. Place the Chicken Breast in same tray that was used before ensure its a oven tray then add your chicken spice as you preferred, Place sliced Cheese and Spinach over the Chicken
  6. 6. Roast in oven until Breasts are cooked +- 20 min Keep an eye on it.
  7. 7. When done keep in a sealed container until the rest of your add ons is done.
  8. 8. Drizzel Chop Chives over Chicken
