SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

Instructions
FILLING METHOD:
-
1. Melt Butter in Frying Pan.

2. Add all Vegetables in the pan and fry until soft.

3. Stir the Cooked Rice, Lemon Juice and Thyme in and put a side.
SNOEK, PIKE METHOD:
-
1. Take half the rice ingredients and place it on half the Snoek,Pike side. Spread it evenly over the one side.

2. Fold the other half of the Snoek, Pike over and close the opening with toothpicks.

3. Mix Butter, Oil and Lemon Juice together.

4. Dip or cover the Snoek, Pike in the cake flour ensure that both sides are nicely covered in the flour.

5. Place Snoek, Pike in a Pre-Heated oven (220 degrees) for about 20 - 30 Minutes.
SAUCE PREPARATION:

1. Mix all Sauce Ingredients together and serve on the side or ontop of the Snoek, Pike.
