Spaghetti Beef Meatloaf

Have a different way of cooking Spaghetti with Beef.

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Large Onion ((Chopped))
  • 1 Celery Stick ((Sliced))
  • 2 Large Carrots ((Cleaned & Grated))
  • 600 g Beef Mince
  • 65 g Tomato Paste ((1 Small Tin))
  • 2 Tomatoes ((de Skinned and Chopped))
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh or Dry Basil ((Chopped))
  • 4 Large Eggs ((Beaten))
  • 125 g Cooked Spaghetti
  • 25 ml Fresh Parsley ((Chopped Fine))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Pre-Heat oven to 160 degrees
  2. 2. Take a bread pan and place tinfoil inside it so that you can cover the whole bread with in in the bread pan.
  3. 3. Take margarine and spread a thin layer on all the sides of the tinfoil so nothing can stick to it.
  4. 4. Fry your Onions, Carrots and Celery in oil until soft, remove and use the same pan to fry your Beef Mince until medium cooked.
  5. 5. Mix your Onions, Carrots and Celery into the Mince.
  6. 6. Add your Tomato Paste and Fresh Tomatoes and let simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
  7. 7. Remove from pan and let your Mince cool off.
  8. 8. Add 3 of the beaten eggs in with the mince and the last egg with the cooked Spaghetti.
  9. 9. Mix your chopped Parsley with the spaghetti and layer it into your bread pan.
  10. 10. Then take your mince Mix and place it on top of the spaghetti's, spread it evenly and then close with the tinfoil.
  11. 11. Then Bake your bread in the oven for about 30 - 40 minutes.
  12. 12. Let your bread cool off in your bread pan for a bit and then turn it over on a serving plate.
  13. 13. Your bread will be ready to cut in slices, however the mince will be crumbling.

TIPS: SERVE WITH A NICE SALAD OF YOUR CHOICE ON THE SIDE. YOUR SPAGHETTI MEATLOAF CAN ALSO BE SERVED COLD.
