Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup Chive Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill ((Chopped))
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper ((For Taste))
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Parsley ((Chopped))
  • 30 Mini Phyllo Cups
  • 2 Small Salad Cucumbers ((Thinly Sliced))
  • 2 Large Radishes ((1/4 and Thinly Sliced))
  • 10 Cocktail Tomatoes ((Thinly Sliced))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. In a small mixing bowl mix together Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Dill, Parsley and Pepper. Stir until combined. Taste and add Salt & Pepper as desired.
  2. 2. Spoon about 1 teaspoon filling into each Phyllo shell. Top with a slice of Cucumber, a slice of Radish and a slice of Tomato. Sprinkle with additional fresh Dill if desired.
  3. 3. Serve immediately.
