Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS
  • 500 g Springbok Fillet OR Loin
  • MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
  • 160 ml Soya Sauce
  • 80 ml Japanese Rice Wine
  • 250 ml White Vinegar
  • Wasabi OR Hot Mustard ((For Taste))
  • 4 Large Onions ((Cleaned & Sliced))
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Cut Springbok into neat lenghts and season well.
  2. 2. Heat cast iron pan until quite hot. Rapidly grill meat on all sides and plunge into ice water to halt cooking, Rinse well
  3. 3. In a bowl mix all the marinade ingredients together. Add onions and some lemon zest.
  4. 4. Marinade meat for 3 - 4 hours.
  5. 5. Slice meat and serve with individual garden salad.
