Tagiatelle with Herb Sauce

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS
  • 500 g Tagliatelle Pasta
  • 1 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley Leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Oregano
  • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts ((Toatsed))
  • 50 g Grated Cheese ((Your Choice))
  • Salt & Pepper ((For Taste))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Add 500g of Tagliatelle to a large pan of boiling water and cook until just tender.
  2. 2. Drain water and return to pan.
  3. 3. Place the rest of your ingredients in a food processor and process for about 10 minutes until finely chopped.
  4. 4. With motor running add your Olive Oil and process for 10 minutes until a smooth paste is formed, add your Salt & Pepper for taste.
  5. 5. Add you sauce to pasta in pan and toss well until all pasta is covered in your sauce.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and garnish Parsley and Cheese.
