Instructions
METHOD:
-
1. Add 500g of Tagliatelle to a large pan of boiling water and cook until just tender.

2. Drain water and return to pan.

3. Place the rest of your ingredients in a food processor and process for about 10 minutes until finely chopped.

4. With motor running add your Olive Oil and process for 10 minutes until a smooth paste is formed, add your Salt & Pepper for taste.

5. Add you sauce to pasta in pan and toss well until all pasta is covered in your sauce.

6. Serve immediately and garnish Parsley and Cheese.
