Tandoori Paste

Traditional home made Tandoori Paste to marinate Lamb, Chicken and Pork.

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Cloves Garlic ((Chopped))
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger ((Chopped))
  • 1 tsp Dried Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 2 tsp Chili Flakes
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Place Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Cinnamon and Chili flakes into a saucepan on low heat for a couple mins - this helps to release flavours.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 8-10 minutes on low/medium heat. Allow to cool and blend until smooth.
