Teriyaki Chicken in 10 minutes with no Marinate

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS:
  • 600 g Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs ((Cut into 3cm Cubes))
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp White Wine
  • 2 Clove Garlic ((Minced))
  • 1 Green Onion ((Slices))
  • 4 cup Broccoli Florest ((Steamed Slightly))
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Stir fry Chicken stirring occasionally until lightly browned and crisp.
  2. 2. In a small jug or bowl whisk together the Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Vinegar, White Wine and Sesame Oil to combine. Set aside.
  3. 3. Add the Garlic to the centre of the pan and saute until lightly fragrant for about 30 seconds. Pour in the sauce and allow to cook while stirring until the sauce thickens into a beautiful shiny glaze for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add in the steamed Broccoli. Garnish with Green Onion slices and serve over steamed rice.
