Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS FOR 1 CUP:
  • 4 Scallions ((Chopped))
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger ((Peeled & Grated))
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • Kosher Salt ((For Taste))
  • Ground Black Pepper ((For Taste))
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Whisk Scallions, Oil, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Lime Juice, and Tahini in a small bowl to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Do Ahead: Dressing can be made 4 days ahead. Cover and chill.
