MIXING METHOD
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a Large Mixing Bowl
- 2. Mix the ingredients through until its all mixed properly.

- 6. Place the Dough back in the bowl and rub a thin layer of oil on top of the Dough

- 8, After an Hour you take the Dough and roll it into small balls about a golf ball size. Roll all the balls until there is no more Dough left.
- 9. Have a pot with oil 1/2 full on a low heat (heat 3) so that you can start to deep fry your Fat Cakes.
- 10. Then you place your small balls of Dough in the oil and fry until Golden Brown all around. FINAL PRODUCT

TIPS: AS YOU CAN SEE IVE TAKEN SOME LEFT OVER BACON AND CHOPPED IT AND THEN USED IT IN THE CENTRE OF THE FAT CAKE.
YOU DONT HAVE TO BUT YOU CAN HAVE IT PLAIN OR ADD SOME CHEESE IN THE CENTRE OF THE DOUGH
