Instructions
METHOD:

1. Place all of the marinade ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until well combined.

2. Place the Chicken in a non-metallic container and cover turning to coat each piece with the Marinade.

3. Cover and place in the fridge or at least 30 minutes or overnight.

4. When ready to cook remove Chicken pieces from the marinade and cook on a hot Grill or Braai or bake in the oven. Until fully cooked.

5. Season with Salt & Pepper and serve with Lemon wedges to squeeze over the Chicken pieces.
