Instructions
METHOD:

1. Pound Veal lightly until flat, Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drench with flour.

2. Melt butter in skillet the brown the Veal quickly turning once only.

3. Remove Veal from Pan onto a warm platter.

4. Pour off excess fat amd add 3 Tablespoons of water to the pan and scrape up brown residue.

5. Add Lemon Juice

6. Pour sauce over meat and sprinkle with pasley and garnish with lemon wedges.
