White Chocolate Chunk Brownies

Ingredients
    INGREDIENTS
  • 28 g Unsulted Chocolate ((Chopped))
  • 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 cup Cake Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 165 g White Baking Chocolate ((Cut into 1/4-inch (6mm))
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts ((Chopped))
  • Powdered Sugar ((For Garnishing))
Instructions
    METHOD:
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan and set aside.
  2. 2. Melt unsweetened Chocolate and butter in small heavy saucepan over a low heat, stirring constantly and set aside.
  3. 3. Beat eggs in a large bowl with electric mixer at a medium speed for 30 seconds. Gradually add Granulated Sugar, beating at a medium speed for about 4 minutes until very thick and lemon colored.
  4. 4. Beat in Chocolate mixture and Vanilla Essence. Beat in flour and salt at a low speed just until blended. Stir in the baking bar pieces and Walnuts with mixing spoon. Spread batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  5. 5. Bake 30 minutes or until edges just begins to pull away from the sides of the pan and centre is set.
  6. 6. remove pan to wire rack: Cool completely.
  7. 7. Cut into 2 -inch (5cm0 squares, Garnish with Powdered Sugar
